WHAT IF?
1) What If I could meet someone in the art world to chat with? Oh, that one's EASY! I have Much Love for Carol Duvall and would freak if I ever got to have a sit down with her. She's been my "Craft Mama" ever since I can remember watching crafty shows on the TV. I really would like to see what her home looks like and if she REALLY does all of these crafty things!
2) What If I could have one wish granted to benefit all mankind? Gimme a cure for cancer! I can think of only a scant few people in my Mom's family that haven't been hit by this killer, including my Brother. If I could eradicate cancer from the planet, it would be the happiest day of my life!
3) What If I could travel anywhere in the world? Well, if everyone else is going to Ireland, I want to be on the bus too! Actually, I've always dreamed of traveling to the home of my ancestors, grow my hair long, stand high atop some Irish hillside in a flowing gown (and, sure, why not be singing some Celtic song while we're at it), watching the clouds roll by as the breeze swept over me. *Happy Sigh*
4) What If I could live in a period other than the present for 24 hours? Sorry Guys, but it's NOT the 40's. I would like to travel back to the Antebellum South just before the Civil War and sans slavery please. Yes, I guess I am a Southern Belle at heart, and would love to have seen a Cotillion in late Spring.
5) What If I could make over three areas of my body? Ok... The Top, Middle, and Bottom parts! Just not with all this surgical intervention stuff. I'm a wimp when it comes to surgery! So, I guess I'll have to stick to the slow way... problem with that is I have no will power!
6) What If I could become an animal for 24 hours? I don't have aspirations to be a bird like the others... I want to be one of my cats. That way I would have a greater understanding of what their life was about and I could ask all those questions I've wondered about!
7) What If I could bring someone back to life for 24 hours? Hmmm... I've had precious little time with many family members, and wouldn't really know what to ask all those famous figures that come to mind, so I would have to say my Grandpa Fred. He passed away when my Daddy was two years old. I would want to take him to my parent's house and let him and Daddy have a good long talk since he never got to know him either.
And now I have to tag a couple of people... Hmmmm....
