I started my day with a friendly face and a happy memory this morning. As I watched my bowl of oatmeal turn round and round in the microwave, I was thinking about my Dad. When I was little I would wake up during the week for school to the smell of him cooking breakfast. One of our favorites was toast and Quaker Oats with a little butter, sugar and a healthy pour of milk. We would always take the time to go over spelling lists, homework, and our day ahead over our bowls of oatmeal. Daddy always told me that you should always have a good breakfast to start your day. Now on those rare occasions that I get to actually spend the night with my parents, I look forward to getting up to see Daddy in the kitchen and our morning talks.
I got to spend some time today at the shop with Jerri. I was in major need of some Jerri time and I am now happy. She's been working hard this week on rearranging the store, so if you haven't been by lately, go on out to Cleveland and say Hi! I also got to see Jennifer today too. I'm soo glad that I decided to head out for a visit!

I loved seeing you too.....
But those pesky customers and that electrician was annoying, and interrupted our visit.
