Happy Sigh...

I just love my mornings... waking up to a quiet house, sitting at the computer checking my email and blogs while eating my breakfast. This morning it was leftover Beef Tips and Mashed Potatoes from Texas Roadhouse. Oh my Gosh are they good! It's my absolute favorite and I order it every time we trek to the place. DH and I had a lesiurely ride to the campus at UA where he was checking out a job prospect and decided to take I459 back around so we could eat at Texas Roadhouse. I think we both like that place even more because they put bacon drippings in absolutely Everything, even the mashed potatoes! As you eat you can almost feel your arteries clogging with every bite. Ummm Ummm Good! Yep... we are Truly Southern and live by the motto that Pork Fat Rules! LOL!
